LITIGATION AVOIDANCE
We provide guidance to employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act and wage and hour laws.
EMPLOYMENT POLICIES & TRAINING
We counsel employers on developing effective policies for employee complaints, discipline, leaves of absence, requests for accommodation and wage and hour issues. We offer in-house training on anti-discrimination policies, workplace investigations and best employment practices.

We represent employers in administrative proceedings and lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, defamation, wage and hour claims, and trade secrets and restrictive covenant disputes.
